Shipping policy

At Light Garden Decor, we strive to deliver your solar lighting products in the fastest and most reliable way possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and costs to ensure a transparent shopping experience.  
Delivery Area: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (excluding minor outlying islands and territories).  

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout.  
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $14.99 USD applies to orders under $150 USD.  
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders totaling $150 USD or more.  
Taxes: All applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.  

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

Our goal is to get your solar lights to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes:  
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).  
  • Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).  
  • Transit Time: 5 - 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).  
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our Order Tracking page on our website, powered by Parcel Panel.  

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery of your solar wall lanterns, security lights, and decor, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.  

5. Shipping Damages

Light Garden Decor takes great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or cracked solar panels), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lightgardendecor.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
