Warranty Policy

At Light Garden Decor, we are committed to providing high-quality, durable, and eco-friendly solar lighting solutions. We stand behind our products and offer a limited manufacturer's warranty to ensure your outdoor spaces remain beautifully illuminated.

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our solar lighting products (including Solar Wall Lanterns, Solar Security Lights, Decorative Path Lights, and Solar String Lights) starting from the date of delivery.

2. What Is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It strictly applies to the following operational components:

  • Solar Panels: Failure to collect energy or transfer charge to the battery.
  • LED Bulbs: Premature burnout or failure to illuminate.
  • Motion & Dusk-to-Dawn Sensors: Complete loss of functional sensitivity.
  • Internal Circuitry: Defective wiring or factory assembly issues.

3. What Is NOT Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by:

  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Physical damage resulting from accidental drops, impacts, or vandalism.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or self-repairs attempted on the product.
  • Natural disasters, extreme weather events exceeding product ratings (e.g., hurricanes, lightning strikes), or fires.
  • Normal wear and tear over time, including minor surface scratches or natural color fading of housing materials.
  • Batteries that have reached the end of their typical lifespan due to standard usage cycles.

4. Warranty Remedies

If a valid claim is received within the 1-year warranty period, Light Garden Decor will, at its discretion, choose one of the following solutions:

  1. Replace: Replace the defective item with a brand-new, identical product.
  2. Repair: Provide specific replacement parts (such as a new solar panel or bulb string) to restore full functionality.
  3. Refund/Store Credit: Issue a refund or store credit equal to the original purchase price if the item is permanently out of stock.

5. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@lightgardendecor.com.
  • Step 2: Provide your Order ID, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Step 3: Attach a short video or photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the technical malfunction.

Our support team will review your case within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions on whether a physical return of the defective item is required.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Within 30 Days of Delivery: If a defect occurs within the first 30 days of receiving your order, Light Garden Decor will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement or repair.
  • After 30 Days: After the initial 30-day window, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective unit to our warehouse (if requested), while we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement unit back to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Light Garden Decor is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.
