Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Light Garden Decor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our solar lighting solutions. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@lightgardendecor.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception (especially solar panels and glass components). Contact us immediately at support@lightgardendecor.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Cancellations and Exchanges

  • Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it for unfulfilled items. Please email us at support@lightgardendecor.com.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@lightgardendecor.com.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Shopify Payments) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or hazardous materials (though this rarely applies to our standard solar lights). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
